The Gem is a individually designed and decorated holiday home with full view over the bay of Jeffreys Bay. It suits perfect for 2 to 7 guests. It has 3 bed rooms and 2 lounges and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Best of all is the large wooden balcony with barbeque facility.

The guests who have stayed at The Gem all agree to the name of this charming holiday home. It is build at the hill of Wavecrest which enables an undisturbed view over the Indian Ocean and the mountains in the far. A nice open lounge with leather sofas, fire place, big dining table and open kitchen pathway invites you for a relaxing stay. From the upper lounge you have access to the large wooden balcony which invites to have breakfast or to use one of the lounge chairs and try to spot dolphins.

The Gem is perfect for couples, for families with kids or for little travel groups. Because of the 3 bedrooms there is place from 2 up to 7 guests.
The car can be parked on the plot and the garden gate can be closed behind.
From The Gem it is 7-8 minutes walking distance or 1-2 minutes by car to Albatros beach below.
And from Jeffreys Bay itself you can experience lovely daytrips to Addo Elephant Park, Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve, Kraggakamma Game Park, African Dawn, Ocean Safari at Plett, Monkey Land, Birds of Eden, etc...... It is all just a short driving trip away.

The holiday home The Gem has 3 main bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed (queen size) and one has a single bed and a bunk bed for 2. There is a separate bed room (with duoble bed in queen size) in the souterrain - just in case if somebody needs his own sleeping area.
