Security is paramount

Booksure™ participates in the Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey anti-fraud program known as 3D Secure. If a credit card is enrolled in this program, a One Time Pin number (OTP) is required to complete the payment.

Receive payments into your local bank account

Receive funds into a nominated South African bank account. Depending on your package, payout (onpayment) can be as soon as two working days from booking confirmation date.

Track payments and transactions

Easily track all payments and transactions. Check the status of a transaction as well as reasons for transaction failures. Record payments received via other payment methods such as Cash or EFT.

Receive deposits from anywhere in the world

You have full control in determining the deposit percentage required to confirm a booking. Your guest will be able to pay the deposit or full amount from anywhere in the world, securely over the internet.

Process virtual credit card payments

Virtual cards are "card-less" credit card payments. Easily process virtual credit cards issued for bookings by Booking.com, Agoda and Expedia using Booksure's ™ payment processing facility.

Virtual point of sale

Booksure™ can replace your credit card machine. When your guests are checking in or out, use Booksure™ as a virtual credit card machine to process their payments. There is no minimum transaction volume required. Competitive credit card transaction fees.

Real-time bookings (optional)

Limit number of rooms available for real-time. Select whether to accept instant bookings or to be given 24 hours to confirm a real-time booking request. Set shutdown dates for certain rooms or your entire establishment.

Enquiry / Quote

Should you prefer the intimacy of communicating with your guest via a quote, you can opt not to turn on your account for real-time booking acceptance.

Rate plans

Set up multiple rate plans per room type. Different rates may be applied depending on whether meals are included or excluded. Another rate could be applied depending on the length of stay.

Cancellation terms

Define different sets of cancellation terms. This may be utilized if your cancellation terms differ depending on the rate plan applied to the booking.

Buttons

Choose between customisable Booksure 'Enquire Now' and 'Book Now' buttons, or use your own button. There are many styles and colours available for easy integration. Buttons navigate to your fully responsive, styled guest view page.

Maintain your brand identity by customising the quote, booking and payment screens seen by your guests. Select your own header image and set colours to compliment the look and feel of your website.

Booking.com integration

Through our Booking.com integration module, you can keep your bookings, rates and availability up to date in one place and have us take care of syncing information between Booksure and Booking.com. This automated real-time exchange of information reduces the risk of overbooking and minimises administration.
