Warthog Lodge is the ideal getaway for those who want to experience nature in stylish comfort. The Lodge can accommodate up to six adults and two children in the main house and two separate chalets. Just bring your own food and beverages.

If your heart yearns for endless vistas and the sunsets of Africa, the extraordinary wildlife, and campfires under the African sky, then Warthog Lodge (with a heated pool in winter, autumn, and spring) will not disappoint. The Lodge is a celebration of Bushveld architecture, hospitality, and luxury. You will feel it as you walk through the door and enter the living area that opens onto a spacious deck with expansive views and panoramas of unspoiled Bushveld. The perfect spot for relaxation, celebration, family, and fun.

Our family-friendly Lodge offers Netflix, Showmax, DSTV, and DSTV Now giving you the chance to catch up on all your favorite shows. Self-check-in and self-check-out are a given. With solar power during power outages to keep essentials going, uncapped WIFI (the fastest available in the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve), and comfortable workspaces Warthog Lodge is the perfect getaway to spend a couple of days and recoup. The swimming pool is heated (winter, autumn, and spring) as well.

Stylish and spacious, Warthog Lodge offers open living at its best. Natural light streams through the windows, throwing sun and shadow onto exclusive African design pieces, hand-woven Persian carpets, and artwork by South African artists.

The Main House consists of the main bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and outdoor shower. As well as the main deck, living and eating area, guest washroom, well-appointed kitchen, scullery, and pantry. And, while cooking, open the fold-away windows to continue enjoying the view to its fullest.

Both Chalets feature a private deck, bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom, and outdoor shower. The Right Chalet also has a bunk bed for 2 children.

Spend time with friends and family on the main deck, or the swimming pool deck, or go on game drives in your own private Game Viewing Vehicle (manual transmission) (extra cost of ZAR 1000.00 per day).

At night enjoy a true Bushveld fire and barbeque in the large open Boma while listening to the unique sounds of the African Bush and watching the wildlife drink water from our own private watering hole.
